Prometheus Safe & Secure in Wokingham is seeking a Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse to lead patient safety during transfers, bed watches and places of safety. You will work across PSS, PCC and Section 136 pathways with clinical judgment and professional leadership.
As a frontline nurse, you will assess, plan, deliver and evaluate interventions, provide crisis de-escalation, and ensure accurate handovers while safeguarding adults and children in line with the Mental Health Act.
