Office Based, London | 12-month Off Cycle Placement
ProMeritum Investment Management LLP is a London-based investment firm specialising in high-conviction macro and credit strategies within Emerging Markets. We currently manage $1.1bn of assets across a globally diverse and institutional investor base. We focus on sovereign credit, FX, and interest rate opportunities to deliver exceptional risk-adjusted returns and liquidity, and have not experienced a negative year since inception in 2015.
We seek an Investor Relations Analyst to support and assist the Head of Business Development and wider Marketing team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Marketing Materials
- Create, distribute, request translation, and print marketing materials (newsletters, presentations, one-pagers).
- Prepare financial promotion forms.
- Investor Communications
- Send weekly/monthly email updates (performance, estimates, NAVs, newsletters).
- Respond to investor queries on subscriptions/redemptions and KYC documentation (pre-fill subscription documents, convey the timeline and process of subscribing into the fund).
- NAV and returns updates via portals and to service providers.
- Monitor and manage investor requests through the IR mailbox.
- CRM & Database Management
- Maintain and update the CRM system with contact details, meeting notes, and company information.
- Manage database updates (mailing lists and report distributions).
- Subscription/Redemption Oversight
- Approve subscriptions/redemptions via admin portal.
- See through subscription and redemption processes and guide/advise investors where needed.
- Liaise with the fund administrator on subscriptions and redemptions orders.
- Communicate subscription/redemption deadlines to investors.
- Review and approve contract notes and investor statements.
- Administrative Support
- Schedule in person and virtual meetings with current and prospective investors.
- Handle IT requests and assist with pipeline population.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Update monthly share registry, investor breakdown sheets, competitor list and others.
- Distribute NAVs and custom investor reports.
- Draft one-off reports or correspondence as needed.
- Compile and send documents for DD requests.
