Join a growing healthcare business.Pro Medics UK Ltd is a growing healthcare supply business based in Whitstable, supplying medicines and healthcare products to veterinary practices across the UK.We are looking for a reliable and highly organised Operations Administrator to join our friendly team.This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of the business across administration, customer service, warehouse coordination and compliance. No two days are the same, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accurate work, and is happy to get involved wherever needed.Main duties include:Handling customer and supplier enquiries by phone and emailPrinting, checking and preparing customer ordersManaging supplier delivery issues and discrepanciesSupporting warehouse operations during busy periodsAssisting with stock checks and maintaining order accuracyFiling controlled drug documentation and compliance recordsSupporting regulatory and administrative processesHelping the wider team keep operations running smoothlyWe are looking for someone who:Has excellent attention to detailIs organised, proactive and reliableCommunicates confidently with customers and suppliersCan prioritise tasks in a busy environmentIs comfortable working in a fast-paced small businessIs willing to roll up their sleeves and support the wider teamIs confident using Microsoft Office and able to learn new systemsExperience in administration, logistics, warehousing or healthcare would be beneficial, but is not essential.
