Join a growing healthcare business. Pro Medics UK Ltd is a growing healthcare supply business based in Whitstable, supplying medicines and healthcare products to veterinary practices across the UK. We are looking for a reliable and highly organised Operations Administrator to join our friendly team. This is a varied, hands-on role supporting the day-to-day running of the business across administration, customer service, warehouse coordination and compliance. No two days are the same, so we’re looking for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in accurate work, and is happy to get involved wherever needed.

Main duties include:

  • Handling customer and supplier enquiries by phone and email
  • Printing, checking and preparing customer orders
  • Managing supplier delivery issues and discrepancies
  • Supporting warehouse operations during busy periods
  • Assisting with stock checks and maintaining order accuracy
  • Filing controlled drug documentation and compliance records
  • Supporting regulatory and administrative processes
  • Helping the wider team keep operations running smoothly

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has excellent attention to detail
  • Is organised, proactive and reliable
  • Communicates confidently with customers and suppliers
  • Can prioritise tasks in a busy environment
