Role Overview:
As a Midwife, you will provide exceptional care to mothers and babies throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, personalised, and family-centred care. Our roles are flexible, offering opportunities across a range of settings, including hospitals, community clinics, and home births.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality midwifery care during antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal periods.
- Monitor maternal and fetal wellbeing and respond appropriately to any complications.
- Support and educate women and families throughout pregnancy and early parenthood.
- Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver safe care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in line with NMC standards.
- Participate in audits, training, and continuous professional development.
Requirements:
- Registered Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) β UK.
- Proven clinical experience in midwifery, including antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.
- Flexibility to work across various UK locations.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centred care.
