As a Community Psychiatric Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive mental health care and support to clients in their homes or community settings. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of holistic and person-centered care., * Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Provide therapeutic interventions, including medication management and psychological support.

Monitor and review clients’ progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.

Offer crisis intervention and support to clients and their families.

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including GPs, social workers, and psychologists.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with professional standards and guidelines.

Promote mental health awareness and education within the community.

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case conferences.

Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC pin.

Previous experience working as a Community Psychiatric Nurse or in a similar mental health role.

Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices in mental health care.

A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.

A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle is desirable but not essential.
