The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a Specialist Registrar (SpR) in Cardiology (Arrhythmia) to support in London within the Integrated Adult Care service.
This long-term locum opportunity offers a structured Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 working pattern from 14 September 2026 to 18 December 2026. The role is ideal for an experienced Cardiology SpR with Arrhythmia subspecialty experience looking for a consistent placement within a supportive NHS environment.
You will work alongside established clinical teams, delivering specialist cardiology services through outpatient clinics and participating in the department's on-call rota while contributing to high-quality patient care.

What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver specialist Cardiology care with a focus on Arrhythmia services.
- Attend and manage 3 to 5 outpatient clinics per week.
- Participate in a 1 in 5 on-call rota as part of the cardiology team.
- Assess, investigate, and manage patients in line with Trust guidelines and best practice.
- Work collaboratively with consultants, nursing staff, allied health professionals, and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records.
- Contribute to safe, effective, and efficient service delivery.
- Escalate clinical concerns appropriately and support high standards of patient care.
What We're Looking For
- Active GMC registration.
- Experience working at Specialist Registrar (SpR) level in Cardiology.
- Arrhythmia subspecialty experience is highly desirable.
- Relevant recent NHS experience within the UK.
- Strong clinical judgement, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
- Valid Right to Work in the UK (please note we do not offer visa sponsorship).
