The Role
We are seeking a Band 7 Diabetes Specialist Nurse to join our growing community of healthcare professionals. This role involves providing high-quality patient centric care in the community. Your expertise will be instrumental in improving patient outcomes and delivering exceptional healthcare services.

- Rota: 30 hours per week over 4 days
Additional Information: Must have previous Diabetes Specialist Nursing experience.
