The Role
We are seeking a Band 5 community nurse to join our growing community of healthcare professionals. This role involves providing high-quality patient centric care in a community setting. Your expertise will be instrumental in improving patient outcomes and delivering exceptional healthcare services.
Key Details:
- Pay Rate: £23 – £32
- Start Date: ASAP
- Duration: Ongoing
- Rota: Days Only – Full time and part time options available
Must be confident and competent in the below skills:
- Catherisation (Urethral Male, Urethral Female, Suprapubic, Blocked Urethral, Blocked Suprapubic)
- Insulins (T1DM, T2DM)
- Compression Bandaging
- Pleurex/Rocket Drains
- Phlebotomy
- Syringe Driver Set-up
- Verification Expected Death
- Wound Care
- Safeguarding awareness for adults at home
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care, following best clinical practices.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with NHS standards.
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and compassionate care always.
- Comply with health & safety standards and governance policies.

- Professional Registration: Active registration with theNMC.
- Experience: Previous UK experience in a similar role and setting is required.
