We value our carers and are looking for a long‑term partnership. As a live-in carer, you will support clients’ independence, privacy, and dignity while maintaining the safest level of care in their own home.
Placements
Placements are for a minimum of 3 weeks, but longer placements are preferred. Before starting, you must attend a 3‑day assessment centre (currently online via Microsoft Teams) and be positively evaluated. Required documents must be provided throughout the recruitment process.
Salary & Packages
Monthly earnings can reach £114.29 per day depending on the difficulty of the package.
- Group A (Living Independently)
- Group B (Living with Care and Support)
- Group C (Living with Advanced Care and Support Needs)
Carer band 1: A £76.00 per day, B £89.29 per day, C £103.57 per day.
Carer band 2: A £78.57 per day, B £92.86 per day, C £107.14 per day.
Carer band 3: A £78.57 per day, B £100.00 per day, C £114.29 per day.
Available packages at the moment are only Group B and Group C.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the care sector
- Ability to travel up to 150 miles from your home area
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to cook British meals
- Right to work in the UK for a full‑time job
- Full UK driving licence and ability to drive in the UK
- Kind, thoughtful, and compassionate attitude
- Willingness to stay up to date with all new training to provide high‑quality care
- Criminal record does not prevent working with vulnerable adults
- References available with satisfactory references
- Proof of UK address
