The Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM) is the premier community for the global mobility industry.
The purpose of the role is to plan, execute and manage marketing campaigns to meet event and subscription targets (event attendance, awards entries and membership growth), while supporting data acquisition and sales targets.
- Campaign management: Full ownership of marketing campaigns for 7 annual events (1 conference, 3 summits, 3 awards), a series of small meetings (c. 4 per month), and a subscription proposition.
- Email: Executing mass email campaigns including copywriting, structuring, designing, scheduling and segmenting data.
- Social: Executing LinkedIn campaigns including copywriting, PPC and scheduling.
- Websites: Updating and maintaining all our websites, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders for content.
- Data management: Growing and managing our email data.
- In-person help: Attending and helping at some events.
Qualifications Required skills/experience:
- Copywriting for email, social and websites.
- A head for data to manage email systems.
- Highly organised to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Confident, pro-active communicator across internal and external stakeholders.
Tools we use: Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress, Google Drive, LinkedIn, Adobe Suite, Canva, Google Analytics, Evessio. Training provided.
