We are looking for an organisational force behind our market leading Flight Daily News product. You will also be responsible for the event management of the Airline Strategy Awards, Airlines 2026 Conference, our webinar series and podcast operations. The role will take you all over the world: Singapore, Las Vegas, Paris, Bahrain, Dubai and many more.
What you’ll do:
- Plan and deliver projects and events from concept to completion
- Manage event logistics: venues, suppliers, AV, staging, travel and temporary teams
- Lead on-site operations and resolve issues in live environments
- Coordinate budgets, contracts and operational planning
- Work closely with internal teams, partners and sponsors

You’re organised, proactive and take ownership. You stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly and enjoy turning complex plans into smoothly delivered events. Experience in events or project coordination is expected, but mindset and quality matter most.
