The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
You will report directly to the HR Director in the Netherlands acting as her eyes and ears in the UK while ensuring our HR policies are well developed, clearly communicated and consistently implemented. You will also be the person who brings the ProMedia culture to life in the UK.

What you’ll do
- Serve as the local HR go-to person for all UK employees and managers
- Ensure UK HR policies are clearly communicated, properly implemented and kept up to date
- Represent, promote and embed the ProMedia culture across the UK team
- Support recruitment, onboarding and induction activities
- Manage day-to-day HR operations, documentation and administrative processes
- Provide guidance to managers on HR procedures and UK employment practices
- Coordinate with the HR Director in the Netherlands on ongoing HR matters and alignment
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with UK legislation
- Support employee wellbeing, engagement activities and internal communication
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employee questions and support needs
Qualifications
Essential:
- Experience as an HR Manager or strong HR Advisor ready for a step up
- Solid understanding of UK employment law
- Confidence in acting as the first point of contact for HR matters
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with international colleagues
- Excellent communication skills and a supportive people‑first mindset
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Desirable:
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent practical HR experience)
- Experience in an international organisation
