The role involves being the organisational force behind our market leading Flight Daily News product and managing the event logistics for the Airline Strategy Awards, Airlines 2026 Conference, our webinar series and podcast operations. The role will take you all over the world: Singapore, Las Vegas, Paris, Bahrain, Dubai and many more.
What you’ll do:
- Plan and deliver projects and events from concept to completion
- Manage event logistics: venues, suppliers, AV, staging, travel and temporary teams
- Lead on-site operations and resolve issues in live environments
- Coordinate budgets, contracts and operational planning
- Work closely with internal teams, partners and sponsors

For our Aerospace Division, we are looking for a Project and Events Manager who thrives off organising, building, taking ownership and making things happen. Quality matters more than years of experience - we’re primarily looking for drive, organisation, initiative and a hands-on mindset.

Salary: £30,000-£35,000 per annum dependant on experience
