We are looking for the next generation of aviation journalists to join us.

We are seeking three ambitious and intellectually curious Graduate Journalists to join our London editorial team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate looking to build a career covering one of the world’s most dynamic and globally significant industries. You will work alongside experienced editors and reporters, contributing to breaking news, in-depth features and analysis relied upon by senior executives across the aviation and aerospace sectors. You will gain exposure to major international air shows, industry conferences, financial results briefings and interviews with senior leaders.

What You’ll Do

  • Research, write and publish accurate, timely news for FlightGlobal.com
  • Support features and analysis for Flight International and other editorial products
  • Monitor airline, defence and aerospace developments, including financial and regulatory updates
  • Conduct interviews with executives, analysts and industry stakeholders
  • Assist with live coverage at global events and air shows
  • Contribute ideas for newsletters, podcasts and digital content
  • Uphold the highest standards of editorial integrity, balance and accuracy
  • Drive social media coverage for your vertical

Qualifications

  • A recent graduate in journalism, media, politics, business, aerospace or a related field
  • Excellent written English and strong attention to detail
  • A clear interest in aviation, aerospace, defence or business journalism
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced newsroom
  • Strong research skills and confidence handling data and financial information
  • Professional curiosity and confidence asking insightful questions
  • A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Previous internship experience or published work is desirable but not essential.
