The People Division, part of ProMedia Group, delivers a diverse portfolio of market-leading digital content and live events for the HR community. Alongside serving generalist HR professionals, we produce specialist products for those working in Recruitment, Employee Benefits, Global Mobility, and Occupational Health & Wellbeing.

We are looking for someone hands-on to deliver high-impact campaigns across four flagship events: Employee Benefits Live (confex), Employee Benefits Awards, RAD Awards and Personnel Today Awards. You will lead campaign execution across email, social and web, while supporting other brands within the People portfolio.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, website)
  • Plan, write, build and optimise email campaigns (segmentation, testing, scheduling)
  • Create and manage organic and paid social campaigns (including PPC)
  • Update and maintain event and community websites (WordPress)
  • Design digital and print marketing assets (ads, emails, on-site materials)
  • Support event delivery on-site
  • Use data to drive attendance, entries, engagement and revenue

Your Focus

  • Primary: Drive confex attendance, awards entries and event attendance.
  • Secondary: Support sales, editorial and data growth across the wider People portfolio, including Personnel Today, Employee Benefits and FEM.

Systems You’ll Use

  • Campaign Master, Pardot, Salesforce, WordPress, Evessio, LinkedIn, Sendible, Adobe Suite, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Madgex, and AI tools.

Qualifications

  • Ambitious & proactive – ideas-driven and keen to grow
  • Highly organised – able to juggle multiple live campaigns
  • Strong communicator – keeps stakeholders informed
  • Excellent copywriter – adaptable across brand voices
  • Design-savvy – confident with Adobe Suite
  • Data-driven – comfortable with segmentation and performance tracking
  • Event marketing experience preferred
