Opportunities have now become available for proactive and hands-on Production Supervisors to join their fish processing team based in Dingwall. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining the high standards that the business is known for, working closely with the Production Manager to lead a dedicated team in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

What you’ll be doing
- Coordinating daily processing operations to meet production targets and customer expectations.
- Leading, motivating and training the team, providing clear direction and constructive feedback.
- Conducting quality checks, ensuring compliance with food safety, environmental and company standards while addressing any issues quickly and effectively.
- Promoting a culture of safety and ensuring adherence to health & safety protocols.
- Accurately completing quality documentation and maintaining traceability.
- Inputting customer orders into the processing system and ensuring timely dispatch.

- Previous experience in a production or processing supervisory role, ideally within food or FMCG.
- Solid understanding of safety, quality and compliance in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a calm, decisive approach.
- Computer literate, with confidence using Microsoft Office and production systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A hands-on leader who leads by example and thrives in a busy environment.
