ProMatch is exclusively supporting a leading employee‑owned seafood producer based in Alness, supplying high‑quality, responsibly sourced Scottish salmon to major UK retailers. There are now immediate opportunities available for Production Operatives to join their growing team.
What’s in It for You
- £13.45 per hour
- Overtime at £20.18 per hour after 37.5 hours, and £26.90 per hour on Sundays
- Full‑time Monday–Friday hours, with optional weekend overtime
- Day shifts only: 7am–3pm, 8am–4pm or 8.30am-4.30pm
- 30 days holiday per year after 12 weeks in post

About the Role

You’ll work in a chilled environment with high hygiene and quality standards — and you’ll be fully supported to build your skills and confidence.
