What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the kitchen alongside the Head Chef, ensuring smooth, organised and high‑quality service
- Prepare, cook and present dishes to company standards with consistency, flavour and food safety
- Support menu development, tastings, seasonal launches and collaboration with the Deli Team
- Coach and develop the kitchen team, supporting onboarding, training and strong FOH relationships
- Oversee stock control, ordering, portioning, waste reduction and cost awareness
- Maintain a clean, safe and compliant kitchen, supporting audits, allergen management and documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
- Calm, organised service under pressure with great communication
- Strong understanding of food safety, allergens and modern kitchen practices
- A positive, team‑focused approach and high personal hygiene standards
