ProMatch has immediate opportunities available for Production Operatives to join a well-established, employee-owned seafood processing business based in Alness.

About the Role

As a Production Operative, you’ll be part of a fast-paced team responsible for processing fresh salmon to meet customer specifications. You could be working on tasks such as filleting, trimming, portioning, packing and preparing value-added products.

You’ll work in a chilled environment, following strict hygiene and quality standards to ensure every product meets the highest expectations. Attention to detail, consistency and teamwork are key and you’ll be supported every step of the way to build your skills and confidence.

Who We’re Looking For

Previous experience in food processing or manufacturing is ideal. However, transferable skills from other industries will also be considered – particularly where candidates demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability and a genuine willingness to learn.
