ProMatch is exclusively supporting a well‑established Scottish producer within the premium food sector as they seek an Engineering Manager to lead all engineering activity at their modern processing facility in Dingwall. The Role
Reporting to the Processing Director, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the engineering function, ensuring plant, equipment and infrastructure remain safe, compliant and operating at their best. You'll lead a team, shape maintenance strategy and play a central role in supporting production, hygiene and wider operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and support the engineering team, ensuring strong performance, engagement and capability.
- Implement and maintain a robust planned preventative maintenance strategy, while managing reactive maintenance to minimise downtime.
- Ensure all plant, equipment, systems and site infrastructure are safe, compliant and fit for purpose, including Health.
