  • Extra earnings: Overtime paid at 1.5x after 40 hours per week
  • Reliable hours with flexibility: Guaranteed minimum of 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday with a usual start time of 6pm. Flexibility is required to meet production demands.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be part of a busy night shift team working with fresh salmon and trout. It is essential that you have flexible skills to work across the various stages of the production line which includes:

  • Feeding the production line
  • Using a knife to complete gutting and filleting of the fish
  • Washing and grading fish
  • Tagging, boxing and chill work (icing, lidding, palletising)

It’s physical, fast paced and essential to keeping the supply chain flowing!
