About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to join our growing team. This is a night based role with starts between 18:00 - 19:00 Monday to Friday. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and professional driver looking for stable, long-term employment with a reputable company.
Responsibilities
- Safe and timely delivery and collection of goods.
- Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
- Ensure compliance with all driving legislation, including Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive regulations.
- Complete delivery paperwork accurately.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards when interacting with clients.
Essential Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) Licence.
- Minimum 2 years' HGV Class 1 driving experience.
- Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card.
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card.
- Valid Right to Work in the UK.
- Good understanding of UK road transport regulations.
- Strong communication skills and professional attitude.
