Are you meticulous, focused, and enjoy working to precision? We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Production/Packing team. This role involves working within one of the following key areas; Prepping, Scanning, Export or Quality Control, depending on business needs and your strengths. This role starts on an initial temporary contract, but FTC roles may become available.
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepping: Prepare files for digital processing by carefully removing clips, smoothing out papers, and organizing documents. Work with multiple categories and subcategories to ensure files are ready for scanning.
- Scanning: Use high-speed scanners to digitize documents, classify them accurately, and ensure barcodes and numbers match. Attention to detail is essential to maintain data integrity.
- Export / Quality Control: Check documents for eligibility, verify accuracy, and file them in numerical order. Precision and consistency are critical to ensure the right product is delivered at the right time.
