We are currently recruiting Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for ongoing work based in the Omega area of Warrington. This role offers consistent work to suit and excellent rates!
Job Details
- Location: Warrington (Omega)
- Working Pattern: 4 on 4 off
- Start Times: Between to suit days or nights working within your chosen 2 hour windows.
- Average Shift Length: Around 11–12 hours.
- Work Type: Store deliveries
- Pay Rates: £22.65 Day - £26.64 Nights or £25.38 Days - £29.85 Nights (included holiday pay.) PAYE drivers only
The Role
As a Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for completing store deliveries across a planned route. This role involves working to scheduled delivery times, ensuring goods are transported safely and efficiently, and maintaining a professional approach when delivering to retail sites.
Duties include:
- Completing store deliveries in a timely manner
- Ensuring loads are secure and transported safely
- Carrying out vehicle checks and adhering to driver regulations
- Providing a professional and courteous service at delivery points
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence
- Valid Driver CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
- Minimum 12 months driving experience
- A level of physical fitness due to the nature of the work
- Good understanding of driver hours and regulations
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
- No DD, DR, IN, MS90.
