Are you meticulous, focused, and enjoy working to precision? We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Warehouse Operative. This role involves working within one of the following key areas; Prepping, Scanning, Export or Quality Control of documents on site, depending on business needs and your strengths.
Your Responsibilities:
- Prepping: Prepare files for digital processing by carefully removing clips, smoothing out papers, and organizing documents. Work with multiple categories and subcategories to ensure files are ready for scanning.
- Scanning: Use high-speed scanners to digitize documents, classify them accurately, and ensure barcodes and numbers match. Attention to detail is essential to maintain data integrity.
- Export / Quality Control: Check documents for eligibility, verify accuracy, and file them in numerical order. Precision and consistency are critical to ensure the right product is delivered at the right time.
The roles available are based on business needs and will be assigned on availability, and are not rotational.
