Pay rates can increase upon completion of specific training. About the Company: Proman is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading client based in Trafford Park, specializing in cosmetic and beauty products. Our client manufactures a wide range of products, including hair and skincare items, sun protection, makeup, perfumes, and other goods, which are distributed to customers globally. We are looking for Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers to join their team for an ongoing role, with full training provided. Role Overview: As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for processing and packing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and quality in every task. MHE (LLOP) training will be provided, and while previous experience with MHE is beneficial, it is not required. Key Responsibilities: Use picking guns and software to retrieve orders efficiently. Pick orders in a timely, target-driven manner. Pack products and wrap pallets. Perform quality checks on all items before dispatch. Operate MHE (LLOP) to pick and transport goods. The Ideal Candidate: Enthusiastic and motivated. Punctual and reliable. Driven to meet targets. Flexible and willing to work different shifts when needed. Good numeracy and literacy skills. Able to work effectively under pressure. Experience with MHE (LLOP) is a plus, but training will be provided.
