In the UK we employ 130+ people across 17 locations who support in the placement of around 4000 people per week. About the role: The Recruitment Consultant's purpose is to identify, attract, and place top talent in suitable job roles for client organisations. The recruitment consultant will build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process that meets the needs of all parties. This role involves understanding client requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, and providing expert advice to facilitate successful placements.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: lead, develop and growth of a high-performance team
  • Training: train, develop and mentor line reports to build skills, capabilities and performance
  • Achievement of departmental objectives: set and execute strategic growth objectives aligned to Winsearch and Proman UK vision.
  • Values & Office Standards: work to develop a positive, collaborative culture aligned to values
  • Business development strategy: develop and execute a business development strategy within team and across line reports to provide sufficient vacancy pipeline to meet growth plans.

About you: We are looking for an individual with drive and ambition for success and to exceed targets. Previous experience working within the recruitment sector is essential, perm recruitment experience is desirable. Strong attention to detail, organisational and communication skills are a must.
