Location: Trafford Park (M17)
2 Days 2 Nights 6-off shift pattern (4 on 6 off) (6:30am-18:30pm vice versa)
Pay Rate: Β£15.41 per hour
Overtime available from Β£23.12 per hour
Temp to perm for the right candidates
Process Operative Roles & Responsibilities:- Work within Company's safety standards with a responsibility for others
- Run the machine(s) and watch the process and if necessary, adjust according to Company's Continuous Improvement Systems
- Consult with Team Leader or skilled operators if required
- Order and prepare raw materials /or products for palletising and install them on the machine according to Standard Operating Procedures
- Maintain an adequate communication with previous and next shift as well as with other persons involved in running the machine
- Maintain an optimal housekeeping situation
- Support others in operating activities
- Secure the quality level of the products
- Complete all required documentation and data files during production
- The right candidate must have a can-do attitude and be keen to learn new skills. Manufacturing experience is preferred. Full training will be provided from first day.
- Previous machine operating/manufacturing experience is preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive in using Health & Safety practices in your day to day work
- Enjoy problem solving and troubleshooting
- Paying attention to detail
- Must hold a valid and in date FLT Counterbalance licence
- Free on-site car parking
