We are looking for a proactive Service Delivery Team Lead to support daily operations, ensure the protection and accuracy of customer information, and guide colleagues in delivering high-quality service. You will coordinate daily workflows, maintain compliance standards, and act as a role model for best practice and team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and supervise the operations team.
