Recruitment Resourcer – Proman (Based onsite at Toyota in Burnaston Derby)\\n\\nOur onsite team is growing! This is offering an immediate start.\\n\\nWe are looking for an individual who has a passion for people to join our onsite team at Toyota as a Recruitment Resourcer to support the team!\\n\\nAs a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll work closely with our Onsite Co-ordinators.\\n\\nMain accountabilities\\n\\n· Recruitment\\n\\n· Candidate experience\\n\\n· Site Administration\\n\\n· Payroll Support\\n\\n· Client Communication\\n\\nWorking Time & Rate of Pay\\n\\n· 5 days a week – Monday – Friday\\n\\n· 8.00am – 4.30pm, 40 hours per week, 30 minutes unpaid break\\n\\n·Annual salary £26,000\\n\\n· Weekly Paid\\n\\n· Temporary Role\\n\\nHere’s what you can expect to be doing:\\n\\n· Attracting and Sourcing Candidates\\n\\n· Application Management\\n\\n· Hosting and holding on site Inductions and Assessments\\n\\n· Maintaining Candidate Pool\\n\\n· Candidate Onboarding\\n\\n· Recruitment administration\\n\\nA little bit about you\\n\\n· Confident and strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.\\n\\n· Proactive and enthusiastic, with a passion for people\\n\\n· Experience in Resourcing would be desirable, full training will be provided\\n\\n· Self-motivated and can work efficiently under pressure, able to handle multiple tasks in a busy office\\n\\n· Strong administrative skills and a focus on attention to detail\\n\\n· Team player, able to work as part of a team as well as using own initiative\\n\\n· Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and the client during the recruitment process\\n\\nWhat we can offer\\n\\n· Free workwear and Safety Shoes\\n\\n· On-site restaurants\\n\\n· Free on-site parking, with bike storage\\n\\nSupplyTOB\\n\\nOur clients and their customers come from diverse backgrounds and so do we.
