Position: Team Member Production Operative
Location: Toyota Deeside Plant, North Wales
Type: Full-Time
Salary: £32,387 per annum (£15.97 per hour including shift premium)

What You ll Do
You ll be a key part of our production team, working in areas like Assembly, Production Control, Casting, or Machining, helping create world-class engines.

- Check and support quality at each step to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Share ideas to make things better and help the team improve together

Shift Pattern
You will be required to work on the two-rotational shift for the first couple months, then you will move to a three-rotational shift:
- Two-shift rotation (Day: 07 48 Night: 20 48)
- Three-shift rotation (Morning, Afternoon, Nights)
- 39 hours per week + overtime opportunities during high volumes
- Compulsory overtime
