Production Operative

Job Title: Manufacturing Operative

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am-4.30pm (42.5 hours per week)

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour, with overtime paid at time and a half

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operating industrial saws and drills (training provided)
2. Assembling components
3. Using measuring devices and reading production paperwork to complete orders
4. Operating machines (training provided)
5. Handballing – loading finished goods onto pallets

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Consistent and regular working hours
