Production Operatives required for our client, based in Wakefield (WF2)!
The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.
Shifts –
5 over 7 (weekends are included)
AM Shift – 6am till 2pm
PM Shift – 3pm till 11pm
*Each shift has a 30 minute unpaid break*
Payrate –
£12.21 per hour + overtime rate available too.
Role / duties –
Operational tasks which include packing, weighing, moving goods around the production area using MHE
Handle and package products in accordance wuth all relevant food safety standards.
Use trained skills to complete all tasks assigned by a member of the management team to ensure products are of a high standard for the customers.
Work alongisde the management, maintenance, and warehouse team.
Expectations for the worker –
PPE must be worn at all times.
Ability to work in a production enviornment with varying temperatures of approx 8 degress and below
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Ability to work under pressure within a team setting.
Comply with all relevant business and site policies such as Health and Safety and Food Safety Standard.
