This is not food production or light assembly – this role suits operators who are confident working with large-scale coating, printing, and continuous production machinery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you’ve worked with textiles, coating lines, printing machines, stenters, laminators, or similar industrial equipment, this is the kind of place you’ll thrive. What You’ll Be Doing: Running and setting coating and printing machinery Monitoring production quality and machine performance Making adjustments to maintain speed, consistency and finish Completing basic production records and checks Working closely with engineers and supervisors to keep lines running efficiently (Experience on Stenter Machines is a big advantage.)
