The Opportunity
We are looking for an On-Site Coordinator to join our team supporting one of our key manufacturing clients in Bamber Bridge. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to further develop their recruitment, coordination, and client management skills.
As the main point of contact for our temporary workforce on-site, you will play an important role in ensuring a positive worker experience while supporting the day-to-day delivery of our recruitment service.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for agency workers on-site.
- Deliver inductions and site tours for new starters.
- Monitor attendance, lateness, and absences.
- Liaise with client managers regarding staffing requirements and workforce planning.
- Support recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate worker, compliance, and recruitment records.
- Collate attendance and timesheet information for payroll processing.
- Conduct welfare checks and return-to-work conversations where required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, employment legislation, and health & safety standards.
- Build positive working relationships with workers, colleagues, and client representatives.
- Produce regular reports on attendance, staffing levels, and recruitment activity.
About You
