About the Role
We're looking for an On-Site Account Manager to take on one of our manufacturing accounts in Bamber Bridge, supporting a steady, well-established client with planned recruitment drives for assembly operatives and similar skill sets. The client has clear, forecastable staffing needs, which means most requirements are known ahead of time. This gives the role a different rhythm, with more scope to plan your week, build relationships with workers and the client team, and get ahead of recruitment activity. What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for agency workers on-site
- Delivering inductions and site tours for new starters
- Monitoring attendance, lateness and absences
- Liaising with client managers on staffing requirements and workforce planning
- Supporting recruitment activity, including screening, interviews and onboarding
- Maintaining accurate worker, compliance and recruitment records
- Collating attendance and timesheet information for payroll
- Conducting welfare checks and return-to-work conversations where required
- Ensuring compliance with company policy, client requirements, employment legislation and health & safety standards
- Producing regular reports on attendance, staffing levels and recruitment activity
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
