Multiskilled Operative (Blending, Concreting & Insulation)
Location: Site Based, EXE4
Job Type: Full-Time, Ongoing Contract
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm
Start Date: Immediate Start Available
About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multiskilled Operative to join a busy and growing project team. This is an ongoing opportunity for reliable candidates with hands-on experience in blending, concreting, and insulation works.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out blending and mixing duties as required
- Concreting works, including preparation, pouring, and finishing
- Installing and handling insulation materials
- Supporting site operations while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
- Working effectively within a team to meet project deadlines
Requirements
- Valid Blue CSCS Card (essential)
- Proven experience in blending, concreting, and insulation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
- Must provide and wear own PPE
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to ongoing work
