Production Operatives/Packers are required to work for our client based in Bamber Bridge. Our client offers the option to work either 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm, Monday to Friday. The positions available start on a temporary basis but you will work Monday to Friday each week with permanent roles available after 12 weeks.
Duties:
- Packing finished goods.
- Working on production lines.
- Quality checking and labelling.
- Mixing and handling fresh ingredients.
- General production duties.
- Light machine operating - full training provided.
- Other packing and warehouse duties.
Hours of work:
- Monday to Thursday 6am-2pm and 6am-1pm on Friday
- OR
- Monday to Thursday 2pm-10pm and 1pm-8pm on Friday
Pay Rates:
- £12.71 per hour standard hours
- Overtime paid at £19.07 and £25.42 per hour.

The positions on offer are temporary to permanent based on your attendance, timekeeping, and performance. In the past three months, over 50 agency staff have been taken on into permanent roles.
