We’re currently seeking a motivated and experienced On-Site Account Coordinator to join our team, working directly at our client’s premises. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys building strong, collaborative relationships.

About the Role

As the On-Site Account Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the daily recruitment and workforce operations onsite. This position focuses heavily on recruitment activity including attraction, advertising, pre-screening, interviewing, onboarding, and maintaining candidate pools to support fluctuating business demands. You will work closely with both the client and workforce to ensure a high level of service delivery, while also tracking performance against KPIs and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Attraction
    • Manage advertising campaigns across multiple recruitment channels
    • Pre-screen and interview candidates in line with client requirements
    • Build and maintain strong candidate pools to support ongoing recruitment demands
    • Coordinate onboarding, inductions, and site tours for new starters
  • Candidate & Workforce Management
    • Build positive working relationships with temporary workers onsite
    • Provide ongoing support throughout the worker lifecycle
    • Maintain regular communication with candidates and employees to ensure engagement and retention
  • Performance & KPI Management
    • Track recruitment activity, attendance, fulfilment, and performance against agreed KPIs and targets
    • Analyse site performance daily and identify areas for improvement
    • Support workforce planning and recruitment forecasting based on site demands
  • Administration & Compliance
    • Complete all associated administration accurately and within deadlines
    • Ensure compliance processes and candidate records are maintained to company and client standards
    • Support payroll processes and collaborate with relevant internal teams to resolve queries
  • Client Engagement & Support
    • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the client onsite
    • Provide a professional and responsive service at all times
    • Support operational requirements in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure

  • Previous experience within recruitment, onsite operations, or workforce coordination
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Detail-oriented with strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Strong relationship management skills throughout the recruitment process
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt and apply new skills effectively
