We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic coordinator to work at our client's premises. This temporary position has the potential to become permanent. The ideal candidate will be able to develop strong working relationships with the client and ensure satisfaction with daily service delivery. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As an Onsite Account Coordinator you will primarily be based on the shop floor in the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor performance & attendance of the workers and escalating any issues.
  • Conducting regular meetings and performance reviews with workers.
  • Working with the workers to help increase their performance.
  • Attending weekly meetings with shop floor Management to review weekly data.
  • Collating, analysing and managing site performance on a daily basis.
  • Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with both client and candidates.
  • Supporting in recruitment of workers, inductions and site tours.
  • Maintain professional manner under pressure.
