Site Supervisor
Pay: £14.50 - £15.40 per hour depending on experience
Location: North West – travel between depots in Liverpool, Stockport and Halewood required
Hours of work: 6am-2pm with some flexibility depending on business needs
Job Type: Temporary to permanent
About the Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to support inspection and containment activity across customer depots in the North West. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a background in quality inspection, manufacturing, or automotive environments.
You will lead inspection teams, support customer requirements, maintain quality standards, and ensure safe and efficient working practices. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, as travel between depots is required
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day inspection and containment activity across depot locations
- Supervise, support, and allocate work to inspection teams
- Ensure work is completed to customer specifications, deadlines, and quality standards
- Act as the main on-site contact for customer updates and issue escalation
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and inspection documentation
- Promote safe working practices and compliance with site rules
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, automotive, or a similar fast-paced environment
- Previous supervisory, team leader, or senior inspector experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to changing priorities
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

- Quality inspection experience: 4 years required
- Automotive experience: 2 years required
- Full UK driving licence: required
