We have an exciting vacancy for an Account Manager to support our Branch in Nottingham. The role will include the full 360 process from taking the initial client brief to implementing a recruitment strategy for the companies. As an Account Manager you will:
- Talk to and influence decision makers at all levels and sell our recruitment service
- Call and visit prospective clients
- Attend client meetings to discuss new business and review current service
- Source outstanding candidates for our clients
- Manage an end-to-end recruitment process
- Business development
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:
- Have the energy and determination to succeed
- Previous experience of sales
- A background in temporary recruitment (Industrial)
- Possess a strong desire to learn and accept guidance
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
