We have an exciting vacancy for an Account Manager to support our Branch in Nottingham. The role will include the full 360 process from taking the initial client brief to implementing a recruitment strategy for the companies. As an Account Manager you will:

  • Talk to and influence decision makers at all levels and sell our recruitment service
  • Call and visit prospective clients
  • Attend client meetings to discuss new business and review current service
  • Source outstanding candidates for our clients
  • Manage an end-to-end recruitment process
  • Business development

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:

  • Have the energy and determination to succeed
  • Previous experience of sales
  • A background in temporary recruitment (Industrial)
  • Possess a strong desire to learn and accept guidance
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
