Are you organised, people-focused, and looking for a role where no two days are the same? We’re looking for an Onsite Account Manager to manage the day‑to‑day relationship between our agency, client, and temporary workforce. This is a varied role that combines recruitment, workforce management, administration, payroll, and client engagement. No previous recruitment experience is required. Full training will be provided, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident, organised, and keen to develop their career.
Key Responsibilities- Managing recruitment and onboarding activities to meet client requirements.
- Supporting and engaging with the temporary workforce, including completing regular reviews.
- Processing weekly payroll and ensuring accurate administration records.
- Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders.
- Leading weekly operational meetings with the client.
- Conducting monthly service reviews and quarterly business reviews.
- Ensuring high levels of service delivery across the account.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
- A professional, proactive, and customer‑focused approach.
- Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential.
