Onsite with a Key Client – Deeside

£30,000 per annum

Monday-Friday | 7:00am-3:30pm

Are you organised, people-focused, and looking for a role where no two days are the same? We’re looking for an Onsite Account Manager to manage the day‑to‑day relationship between our agency, client, and temporary workforce. This is a varied role that combines recruitment, workforce management, administration, payroll, and client engagement. No previous recruitment experience is required. Full training will be provided, making this a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident, organised, and keen to develop their career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing recruitment and onboarding activities to meet client requirements.
  • Supporting and engaging with the temporary workforce, including completing regular reviews.
  • Processing weekly payroll and ensuring accurate administration records.
  • Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Leading weekly operational meetings with the client.
  • Conducting monthly service reviews and quarterly business reviews.
  • Ensuring high levels of service delivery across the account.
