We have an exciting vacancy for a Recruitment Resourcer to support Branch in Beeston Nottingham.

About the role: You are our first point of contact for the client and candidates. The role is the face and voice of Proman, so we need someone who can work in conjunction with our client to build our credibility and can understand their needs, whilst being able to build reliable and trusted relationships with candidates.

  • Responsible for managing the recruitment of candidates through adverts on job boards and social media.
  • Building our reputation within our candidate talent pool.
  • Sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and assigning candidates to roles.
  • Onboard and induct successful candidates.
  • Advocating a people-focused and ethical customer service to both clients and candidates.
  • First port of contact for all candidate queries.
  • Complete site trackers, reports and KPIs.

About you: Previous experience in recruitment would be an advantage but not compulsory. You will bring a winning mindset to achieve the ambitions of the role and business. Face to face and over the phone, you will feel comfortable interacting with people and building excellent relationships. We love personality! We want you to use yours to further build and maintain these strong relationships. Our culture is built on great communication with our colleagues, clients, and candidates, so you will have exceptional verbal and written communications skills. Fluent in English, and any additional languages are always desirable to us.
