Building our reputation within our candidate talent pool Sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and assigning candidates to roles Onboard and induct successful candidates Advocating a people focused and ethical customer service to both clients and candidates First port of contact for all candidate queries Complete site trackers, reports and KPI's About you: Previous experience in recruitment would be an advantage but not compulsory You will bring a winning mindset to achieve the ambitions of the role and business.
