We are looking for a highly organised Technical Administrator to join a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, data, and compliance processes, while supporting a busy Technical and Quality function.

You will play a key role in maintaining documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting day-to-day technical operations. This is also a great opportunity for someone looking to develop within a Technical or QA career path. Hybrid working (1–2 days per week) can be considered once established in the role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Export & Compliance
    • Prepare and submit Export Health Certificate (EHC) applications
    • Ensure export documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant
    • Maintain full product traceability
    • Coordinate site visits relating to export certification requirements
  • Documentation & Systems
    • Manage electronic and paper-based filing systems
    • Maintain QMS documentation and document control logs
    • Support traceability exercises and mock recalls
    • Assist with product data, labels, and barcode creation
    • Maintain technical databases and reporting systems
  • Complaints & Non-Conformance
    • Log and track customer complaints
    • Support investigations and communicate outcomes
    • Monitor trends and escalate issues appropriately
    • Ensure non-conformances are reviewed and closed out
  • Reporting & KPIs
    • Produce KPI, compliance, and quality reports
    • Support ongoing performance monitoring and improvements
  • Samples & Testing
    • Manage sample preparation, packing, and dispatch
    • Support microbiological and environmental testing administration
    • Assist with shelf-life and nutritional testing schedules
