Bendi/Flexi Drivers – Long-Term Opportunity
Location: Worsley, Greater Manchester (M28)
Pay Rates: Night Shift (9:30pm – 6am): £15.25/hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Temp to Perm (Guaranteed after 12 weeks)
About the Role
PROMAN is recruiting experienced Bendi/Flexi Truck Drivers for a leading food manufacturing company in the Worsley area. This is a long-term opportunity with a clear path to permanent employment after 12 weeks. We are looking for reliable, safety-conscious individuals who are confident operating a counterbalance truck in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the facility
- Stacking goods in designated storage bays following stock control instructions
- Checking loads are secure and safe for transport
- Stacking and organising empty pallets
- Performing daily equipment checks (e.g. battery charging for electric trucks)
- Assisting with manual loading/unloading when required
Requirements
- Valid Bendi/Flexi licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Good attention to detail and awareness of health & safety
- Flexibility to work either AM or PM shift
