PROMAN is recruiting Customer Service Administrators on behalf of a leading fashion group specialising in sports fashion and streetwear. If you're passionate about delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
- Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
- Resolving customer queries and complaints professionally
- Recording and updating customer information accurately
- Completing a range of administrative tasks
- Working across multiple systems to support customer service operations
What we're looking for:
- Previous customer service experience, whether in retail, contact centres, hospitality, or office-based roles
- Confident communication skills, both over the phone and in writing
- Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
