We are currently recruiting for a HGV Class 1 (C+E) ADR Driver for a permanent, full-time position based in the Lutterworth (LE17) area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, safety-focused operation within a specialist distribution environment, offering job security from day one and strong earning potential.

The Role

As an ADR Driver, you will play a key role in the safe and compliant transportation of hazardous and non-hazardous materials, delivering to a wide range of customers nationwide. Duties include:

  • Carrying out drop & swap and live load deliveries
  • Ensuring the safe loading, transport, and delivery of chemical products
  • Working to planned routes and scheduled deliveries
  • Completing vehicle checks and reporting any defects
  • Managing all delivery documentation and compliance paperwork
  • Following strict ADR regulations and health & safety procedures
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service on-site

You will be expected to work in line with all operational procedures to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time deliveries as part of a professional team.

Shift Pattern

Monday to Friday
Start times between 15:00 – 18:00
Based on 50 hours per week
Overtime paid after 50 hours

Salary

£44,000 per annum
Overtime available for additional earning potential

Requirements

  • Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence
  • Valid ADR licence (required for hazardous goods transport)
  • Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph card
  • Previous multi-drop or chemical distribution experience preferred
  • Good understanding of drivers’ hours and transport regulations
  • Strong focus on safety, compliance, and customer service
